脆嫩香椿芽与清甜小棠菜共冶一炉，外层酥壳以古法薄炸定型，锁住杏花淡雅香气。入口酥脆轻响，咸香交织，内里柔润的豆腐裹挟山野清气，如同咬破一颗凝露的春芽，甘美余韵渐次舒展。
