日本烹饪学校热门至极中国学生占多数康奈尔大学学子为何不尝试

Japan's agriculture ministry estimates that there are over 118,000 Japanese restaurants overseas as of 2017. This number has grown by 30% since 2015 thanks in part to the increased interest in Japanese cuisine from Asian countries.
As one school official noted, while technical skills are important for any chef, so too is an understanding of the cultural context in which they work. "We not only teach cooking techniques," said Eto Hiroko of Agri-food Institute's planning department at Osaka Culinary School. "We also aim to educate students about how food can be integrated with nature and how this traditional approach contributes to Japan's culture."
